The Tenancy Support project which supports vulnerable young people in maintaining their own tenancies received an excellent report from the Care Commission following an inspection that took place on the 26th March 2009.
Comments made included:
- The service users expressed a high level of satisfaction in the service being provided by the support worker of the project.
- The service demonstrated that it was committed to enabling young people who used the service to participate in assessing and improving the quilty of services being provided to them.
- The service provider has robust policies and procedures in place to support the recruitment, training and performance of staff.
